Finally – the carrots! The set is called Thanks a Bunch and it’s from the Saleabration brochure at the $50 level. Don’t forget that Saleabration ends at the end of the month.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Thanks a Bunch set - Fern 3D embossing folder - Layering Circles Framelits Dies

A piece of Granny Apple Green was cut to 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 and then embossed using the Fern 3D folder. This was layered onto a Granny Apple Green card base.

Next, the main image was stamped in Pale Papaya and Mango Melody with Granny Apple Green for the greenery. This was matted in Mango Melody and added to the card. The sentiment, from the Thanks a Bunch set, was stamped in Mango Melody and die cut with the Layering Circles. A scalloped piece of Mango Melody was cut out again using the layering circles. These were layered together and added to the card with dimensionals. Finally a few rhinestone basic jewels were coloured using the dark Mango Melody blends and added to the card.

Dandy Designs DSP

This is the upcoming DSP Dandy Designs which is only available for free for a $100 Sale-a-bration purchase starting on January 5th.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Dandy Designs DSP - Peaceful Moments - Layering Circles Framelits Dies

 

The DSP is cut to 2 by 5 1/2 inches and added to a Calypso Coral card base. The sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments set, heat embossed in gold and then cut out using the Layering Circles Framelits dies.  This was matted with a scalloped circle of gold foil and added to the card with dimensionals.

To finish off the card, some gold Festive Pearls were added.

Rustic Harvest DSP

Here’s the third card using the Rustic Harvest DSP. All of the sheets of this paper have a black and white side and I decided to use one.

 

I’ve done this layout before and I really like it, so it’s back again. The DSP is cut to 3 1/2 by 5 1/2 inches  and the Sweet Sorbet to 3 3/4 by 5 1/2. They are layered together showing just a quarter of an inch of the Sweet Sorbet and then added to a white card base. 

The sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments set and stamped in Sweet Sorbet. Then it was cut out using the Layering Circles Framelits dies and added to the matching scalloped Sweet Sorbet mat. It was added to the card using dimensionals. Finally some of the basic rhinestones were added after being coloured with the Dark Sweet Sorbet Stampin’ Blends.

Sun Prints DSP

Apologies for the late posting; I thought I’d done this card and went wandering around the house to find it until my brother commented that he didn’t think I’d actually made it. I’m blaming the lack of focus on chemo brain!

The Sun Prints DSP was cut to 5 1/2 by 2 inches and added to a Starry Sky card base. Next the image, from Nature’s Prints was stamped in Parakeet Party onto white and matted in the same colour. This was added to the card base.

The sentiment, also from Nature’s Prints, was stamped in Starry Sky on white. It was die cut using the Layering Circles Framelits Dies as was a scalloped Parakeet Party to mat the sentiment and tie the card together. This was added to the card with dimensionals.

Abigail Rose DSP

Here’s the third card using the Abigail Rose DSP this week. Today I used the Nature’s Prints stamp set for the sentiments.

The Abigail Rose DSP was cut to 5 by 3 3/4 inches with the Merry Merlot cut 1/8 inch larger to produce the mat. This was added to a Smoky Slate card base.

The sentiment, from Nature’s Prints, was stamped in Merry Merlot on Smoky Slate. It was die cut using the Layering Circles Framelits Dies as was a scalloped Merry Merlot to mat the sentiment. This was added to the card with dimensionals and a few opal rounds were the finishing touch.
