I’m taking in a bunch of Christmas cards to my next chemo appointment by request. So I’m looking at the leftover or unused sheets of DSP to create some extra cards. I thought they might be handy for you too.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Lights Aglow DSP - Brightest Glow - Labels Aglow dies - Glimmer Specialty paper

 

Here a piece of the Lights Aglow DSP was cut to 5 by 3 3/4 inches and matted with a piece of the Glimmer Specialty paper.  This was then added to a Cherry Cobbler card base. The sentiment is from the Brightest Glow stamp  set and stamped in Cherry Cobbler. It was then die cut using the Label Aglow dies and added to the card with dimensionals. Finally some Champagne Rhinestone basic jewels were added.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am eastern. When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.

Framed and Festive

Framed and Festive is an 8 piece sentiment stamp set which I’m pairing with my current favourite Lights Aglow Specialty DSP.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Framed and Festive - Lights Aglow DSP - Stitched Rectangle Dies

This is a simple card especially if you have a stamparatus. Cut the DSP to 3 1/2 by 5 1/2 and the gold foil to 3 5/8 by 5 1/2 inches. The corners of these pieces needs to be together so either use a stamparatus or a ruler. Then do the same to put the layer onto the Soft Succulent card base.

The sentiment is from the Framed & Festive set and stamped in Soft Succulent and then cut out using the Stitched Rectangle dies. This was added to the card with dimensionals.

To finish off the card, some green Festive Pearls were added.

Fitting Florets DSP

The Fitting Florets bundle will be in the January to June mini catalogue but it’s available for purchase right now. It will be no surprise that I pulled out the DSP first!

 This is a simple card – cut the DSP to 2 1/2 by 3 inches and add a Night of Navy mat. Next add it to a Balmy Blue card base. 

The sentiment, from Artistically Inked, is stamped in Night of Navy.  Finally some of the Solid Faceted Gems were added.

 This is a simple card – cut the DSP to 5 1/2 by 2 inches and attach it to a white mat. Next add it to a Blushing Bride card base. 

The sentiment, from Artistically Inked, is stamped in Blushing Bride and die cut using the Labels Aglow dies. This was added to the card with dimensionals. Finally some of the Solid Faceted Gems were added.
