Amazingly, today I’ve made a card (two actually) for a sketch challenge. I find sketches very difficult because usually there is just too much stuff on them. But I’ve found a CAS sketch challenge blog, CAS(E) this sketch. I think I’ll be returning to this site frequently. I made my card and then, just as I was about to photograph it, decided it wasn’t right and so I had to redo it. Here’s my second card:

All of the images are from the soon to be retiring Painted Petals set. I’ve stamped the lines and dots in hello honey on very vanilla and the sentiment is in mossy meadow. The sentiment is actually a single stamp. I mounted the very vanilla onto a mossy meadow card base.

My original card was more focused on the sketch and the thank and you are further apart. Here are the two cards together. Since I’m entering the second card in the challenge, I clearly like that better. What do you think?
