Textured Floral

This week I’m using the Textured Floral bundle. Today I’m using just Berry Burst and Pretty Peacock.

Using Berry Burst I stamped three of the smallest flower and cut them out using the  Textured Floral dies. Next I cut out two of the greenery in Pretty Peacock. These were placed one above the other on a white layer. The flowers were added to the greenery with dimensionals with the middle one hiding where the two green die cuts met.

The sentiment from the Textured Floral set was stamped in Berry Burst. The white layer was then added to a Pretty Peacock card base.

Finally a few of the Tinsel Gems Four Pack were added to the flowers.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set on my Facebook Live on Sunday eastern at 11am. You can watch live, see the replay or check it out on YouTube.

When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.

Textured Floral

This week I’m using the Textured Floral bundle. I liked the mixture of rich colors from the last card so much that I decided to stick with them.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Textured Floral - Textured Floral dies - Stylish Shapes dies

Using Berry Burst, Starry Sky and Pretty Peacock I stamped some of the images. Next they were cut out using the Textured Floral dies. Technically, they didn’t all need to be die-cut, some could have been stamped directly onto the white layer but I wasn’t certain about the design when I started!

The sentiment from the Textured Floral set was stamped in Starry Sky. It was then cut out using the Stylish Shapes dies. Then it was just a matter of constructing the card. I wanted a petal over the sentiment which explains why nothing was popped up. Also the larger Berry Burst flower was slightly on top of the greenery. It was then attached to a Starry Sky card base.

Finally a few of the Festive Pearls were added after first being colored using the dark Pretty Peacock blend.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set on my Facebook Live on Sunday eastern at 11am. You can watch live, see the replay or check it out on YouTube.

Textured Floral

This week I’m using the Textured Floral bundle although this first card is only using the Textured Floral stamp set.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Textured Floral - Stylish Shapes dies

Using Berry Burst, Starry Sky and Pretty Peacock I stamped up the side of a piece of white card. This was layered onto a Starry Sky card base.

The sentiment from the Textured Floral set was stamped in Starry Sky. It was then cut out using the Stylish Shapes dies and attached with dimensionals.

Finally a few of the Starry Sky 2022-2024 in color pearls were added.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set on my Facebook Live on Sunday eastern at 11am. You can watch live, see the replay or check it out on YouTube.

Bright and Beautiful DSP

Here’s the third card showing the Bright and Beautiful DSP. It’s such a gorgeous paper.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Earthen Textures dies - Dainty Delight - Bright and Beautiful DSP

The Bright and Beautiful DSP was cut into 3 1/4 by 5 1/2 inches. Then it was matted with a piece of Pretty Peacock measuring 3 3/8 by 5 1/2 inches. This was then added to a white card base.

. The sentiment, stamped in Lemon Lime Twist, is from Dainty Delights and cut out with the Earthen Textures dies. The die cut was then trimmed so that there are straight edges at both ends of the label. It was then added to the card using dimensionals

I used the dark Pretty Peacock Stampin’ blend to color a few of the rhinestone basic jewels  and then added them to the card.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set on my Facebook Live on Sunday eastern at 11am. You can watch live, see the replay or check it out on YouTube.

Bright and Beautiful DSP

When I showcased the Bright and Beautiful DSP some weeks ago, I said that there were many more patterns to use. So this week I’m using some of the others.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Dainty Delight - Bright and Beautiful DSP

Sorry this is late, WordPress refused to publish yesterday.

Here the DSP was cut to 2 by 3 inches and matted with Berry Burst 1/8 inch larger. The sentiment, from Dainty Delights, was stamped in Berry Burst and added to the white card base using the matted piece as a guide

After adding the layered piece to the card, a few of the Berry Burst Tinsel Gems four pack were added. I seem to be into monochromatic cards this week!
