Soft Seedlings

This week my product is the 6 piece cling Distinktive stamp set Soft Seedlings (159905, $20).

The sycamore seedling was stamped in Mint Macaron and Crumb Cake onto white as if being blown around by the wind. I then added some Wink of Stella – just enough to add a little shimmer not enough to move the ink.

Next I added the sentiment, from Soft Seedlings, which is stamped in Mint Macaron. This was attached to a Mint Macaron card base. Finally I added some of the Red & Green adhesive backed pearls – I think I’m going to need to buy more of these..

I demonstrated this card plus two others made with Soft Seedlings at my live yesterday. Take a look if you’d like or it’s also on YouTube if you prefer that. When you place an order with me of at least $25, I’ll send you the card precut for you to make these cards. Also if you share the live, I’ll add you to the next week’s raffle.

Dahlia Days

This week’s product of the week is the stamp set Dahlia Days. It isn’t in the upcoming catalog, so if you want it, grab it now.

This card is featuring the fourth incolor that will be retiring in May, namely Bumble Bee. I stamped the image and then the sentiment on a circle die cut using the Layering Circles Framelits dies. Next I dry embossed a piece of Bumble Bee card using the Ornate Floral 3D embossing folder. This was then glued to a white card base and the flower image was added too.

The sentiment circle was added with dimensionals and finally some of the Elegant Faceted Gems were added too.

I’ll be making this card, along with two others using the set, at my Facebook Live tomorrow at 11am EDT. Come and join me, place an order of $25 to get what you need to make them for free. Also share the live and be entered into a raffle drawn next week.

Island Vibes

Here are the three cards that I made last week and demonstrated on Sunday at my live. I used Island Vibes and paired it with the Special Moments stamp set since it’s full of sentiments.

The image from Island Vibes and the sentiment from Special Moments were stamped in Soft Succulent. The stamped layer was matted with Soft Succulent and then added to a Whisper White card base.

Card two is using the Simply Marbleous DSP as well as Island Vibes and Special Moments. The 2 inch deep piece of the DSP was attached to a Whisper White card base and then the sentiment was stamped in Mossy Meadow.

The pineapple stamp was coloured using Bumblebee and Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Up! Write markers. I breathed heavily on the stamp to moisten the ink and then stamped it onto a piece of Whisper White. This was matted in Mossy Meadow and attached to the card base.

Finally a few of the 2021-2023 in color jewels were added.

Here’s another card using Stampin’ Up! Write markers to color the stamp from Island Vibes. This time it’s Polished Pink and Soft Succulent on Whisper White. This was matted in Soft Succulent with a trio of the 2021-2023 Incolor Jewels added to the corner. Next the sentiment from Special Moments was stamped in Polished Pink. Finally the layer was added to the card.

I demonstrated these in Episode 103 on both Facebook and YouTube on Sunday.

Quiet Meadow

This week I’m focusing on the Quiet Meadow Bundle (155847, $53); here I’m just using the Quiet Meadow stamp set.

First the large flowers were stamped in Fresh Freesia and then the tiny ones in Misty Moonlight. The sentiment, which comes from the Quiet Meadow set, was also stamped in Fresh Freesia. The base layer is Very Vanilla which is layered onto a Misty Moonlight card base. Did I mention that this is a simple and quick card?!

I’ll be demonstrating this card on my usual Facebook Live at 11am EDT on Sunday. I also load it up to YouTube.

Quiet Meadow Bundle

This week I’m focusing on the Quiet Meadow Bundle (155847, $53) starting with a very clean and simple card.

The Meadow Dies contain some dies that don’t have matching stamped images and I used a couple of them to make this card. I cut them out in Evening Evergreen and added them to a Whisper White layer. Next I stamped the sentiment from the Quiet Meadow set also in Evening Evergreen.

This was then added to an Evening Evergreen mat and then onto a Whisper White card base. I’ll be showing you how I made this card on my usual Facebook Live at 11am EDT on Sunday.
