And don’t forget the Sale-a-bration brochure

SAB brochure

I’ve also added the catalogues to the side bar on the left for easy reference. Please don’t click on the “no contact” box when you order or I won’t be able to send you a thank you.

In case this is your first Sale-a-bration or if you just want a recap, here’s the scoop. For every $50 that you spend in product (not including taxes and shipping) from today until March 31st, you get to pick a free item from the Sale-a-bration catalogue. In fact, you can’t even buy the Sale-a-bration items, you can only get them for free. Pretty good deal, right? Three of the items (pages 16-19) are only available from today until February 15th and they include two of my favourites – the Perfectly Artistic DSP and the Hello stamp set both of which I used in the last couple of days.

If you host a party or just order yourself and your order gets to $250 or more, not only will you earn free Sale-a-bration items, your Stampin’ Rewards (read – more free items) are increased by an extra $25. So at exactly $250, you’d get 5 Sale-a-bration items and $50 of Stampin’ Rewards. At $300, you’d get 6 sale-a-bration items and $61 in Stampin’ Rewards. It’s too good a deal to miss.

But it I were spending that kind of money, it would make more sense to join up as a demonstrator. Joining during Sale-a-bration gets you more product in your totally customisable starter kit. For just $99 you get to choose $155 in product and it ships for free. So that’s saving you $71 right there. And if you never want to buy another thing, that’s totally fine, there’s no penalty. But if you continue and sell/buy $300 per quarter you get at least a 20% discount on all your supplies, the chance to order new things a month early, access to the Stampin’ Up! demonstrator web site, an exclusive magazine, the chance to go to Stampin’ Up! events and more. You might even find that you remove a lifelong belief that you’re not creative. I know I did!

And here’s an easy way to earn a free Sale-A-Bration item – order Paper Pumpkin. And it’s on sale during Sale-a-bration!

3-Month Prepaid Subscription (137859) $59.85 $55
Save on a 3-month prepaid subscription and instantly qualify for a FREE Sale-A-Bration item!

12-Month Prepaid Subscription (137861) $215.40
Take it to the next level with a 12-month prepaid subscription. Save $24 a year with the everyday awesome price, earn Stampin’ Rewards, and instantly qualify for 4 FREE Sale-A-Bration items!

So grab a (large) mug of coffee and browse through the catalogues.

See you tomorrow,

Liz

A very special day at Stampin’ Up!

Today is a special day – it’s the single day where the Stampin’ Up! catalogues overlap. Today you can order from the 2014-2015 catalogue, the Occasions catalogue AND the new just released today 2015-2016 catalogue. It’s also the last day where you can take advantage of the old style hostess awards. And that is worth taking advantage of! In addition, if you decide that you need a lot of stuff (and you will!), if you sign up as a demonstrator this month, you get two free stamp sets. Any stamp sets that you like in the catalogue and they aren’t all priced the same so figure out the best deals! That’s in addition to the great deal where you get $125 worth of stuff for $99 and with free shipping (that’s another $10 saved right there). It truly is a great time to sign up and there’s no obligation to do a single thing after signing up. But if you spend (personally or you get customers to spend) $300 by the end of September, you remain as a demonstrator for another month and continue to get your discount. And discounted product is a good thing!

So sit on the couch and browse through the catalogues with a large piece of paper on which to write your wish list. And then join up and have fun.

See you tomorrow,

Liz

Paper Pumpkin for Mother’s Day

Are you stumped for Mother’s Day? Or are you planning to get her flowers as usual? How about something that would last longer?

Paper Pumpkin for Mother's Day

Paper Pumpkin is perfect – it’s “Creativity in a box”. Every month that you subscribe, a red box arrives with a fully designed project kit – including instructions, stamps, ink, accessories and pre-cut paper. All you have to add, on occasion, is some adhesive. There’s no cutting or decisions to be made – unless you decide to take your kit in a different direction of course. I promise that the Paper Pumpkin Police won’t be at your door if you do something else.

You can sign your mother (or yourself, or both!) up for a monthly option where you pay each month that you want to receive the kit. You can put your subscription on hold if you like and restart it whenever you want. You can also buy a prepaid subscription for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months – the latter two options giving you a cheaper option per kit. One perk of being a subscriber is that you can order past kits or even past kit refills where they are available. I’m about to order the kit from last December myself. Sadly, I won’t be ordering a subscription for my mother because she lives in England and this is only available in the US and Canada.

1 - Month  $19.95 USD
3 - Month  $59.85 USD
6 - Month*  $113.70 USD  Save $1 per month
12 - Month*  $215.40 USD  Save $2 per month
*Guaranteed to secure or maintain favorite child status!

There’s no risk – from the FAQ on the Stampin’ Up! demonstrator site:

If you are not thrilled with your Paper Pumpkin, please call us at 1-800-STAMP UP, we’ll chat and make everything hunky dory.

Just click on the friendly red paper pumpkin button to order:

PPlogosquare

and once you’ve done that click here to get a gift certificate that you can give to your mother. It’s that easy!

I haven’t made a card for today’s post – I’ve been too busy checking out the online preview of the 2015-2016 catalogue and preparing my wish list ready for the pre-order on Tuesday. It’s good to be a demonstrator and set everything early!

Are you excited about the new catalogs?

I know that I am. I’ve been trying not to neglect my older stamp sets but I’m having a hard time doing that! Just in case you’ve missed all the excitement, here’s what’s happening. The new Occasions catalogue, filled with spring and Valentines themed inspiration went live on January 6th.

Stampin' Up! Occasions 2015

As a demonstrator I was able to order from this a month ago and I’ve been having a great time playing with all my new goodies. The best part is SAB aka Sale-A-Bration which is an amazing promotion that apparently Stampin’ Up! runs each year. This is my first time experiencing it and it’s awesome – it runs from January 6th to March 31st!

Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration 2015

For every $50 that you spend (before tax and shipping – and believe me it’s easy to spend $50 in the new catalogue!) you get to select a free item from the Sale-a-Bration catalogue. Also the hostess rewards (or your own rewards if you just put in a large order) are increased by $25 once you hit $250 in addition to all the SAB freebies. This really is THE time to buy! And if you sign up as a demonstrator (which gives you a 20% discount) you get to either pick a kit from the Occasions catalogue or 2 sale-a-bration items. Definitely THE time to sign up. The starter kit, which you customise completely, is only $99 with free shipping for $125 worth of stuff plus the kit or the 2 SAB items. You can’t ask for a better deal – and there’s no requirement to buy another thing. Ever. Although, you will. I guarantee it! But, as long as you stay active ($300 per quarter in sales which includes sales to yourself) then you continue to get the 20% discount – and as an extra thank you for signing up, your first order after sign up (as long as it’s within 45 days) gets a discount of 30%. What are you waiting for? Please email me if you have any questions otherwise just go to the site, hit the Join button and select me as your demonstrator (Liz Bailey, Randolph, NJ) and sit back and plan what you’ll stamp with first.

I’ve been trying to decide which are my top five favourite new items. I think they are:

Lotus Blossom – you’ve possibly seen this everywhere already and it’s a free set!

Painted Petals

Sheltering Tree

Hello You Thinlits (which comes bundled with Crazy about You – definitely a useful 15% to save there)

Perpetual Birthday calendar with its stamp set (this isn’t a bundle, but they go together and I was out of spots on my list!)

There’s also a lot of gorgeous new DSP both for sale in the Occasions catalogue and free in the SAB one. And four new blendability colours. And I’ve got my eye on the Mini Treat bag thinlit dies – there are so many extra pieces in that set which could also be used on cards…

If you don’t have the catalogues, just click on the images of the catalogues in the left hand panel to view them right now. This assumes that you’ve got some spare time – don’t open them if you need to leave the house within the next 20 minutes!
