I am still having a lot of fun playing with the Most Wonderful Time product medley.
Here’s a simple card showcasing some of the gorgeous paper in the medley. Yes, those are gold foil highlights on the DSP. I matted the DSP with gold foil to emphasize the gold and then stamped the sentiment in versa mark and embossed in gold. As I said, it’s very simple but I think it’s very effective – and quick to make a lot of them.

I’ve been playing with the amazing Most Wonderful Time Product Medley (150705) which at first sight seems expensive at $70 but you get a huge amount for your money! The medley consists of:
* 11-piece photopolymer stamp set
* 48 sheets of 6″ x 6″ (15.2 x 15.2 cm) Designer Series Paper, 8 each of 6 double-sided designs
* 12 gold foil card fronts, 4 each of 3 designs
* 6 sticker sheets, 2 sheets each of 3 designs
* Gold/white tinsel trim, 10 yards (9.1 m)
* 58 adhesive-backed gold faceted stars
* 6-piece Most Wonderful Time Dies
Here I stamped the presents a couple of times (the stamp has all 3 on one stamp) and then added the gold decoration using gold embossing powder. I then die cut all the presents and arranged them on my card front, popping some up with dimensionals. The sentiment is also from the stamp set in the medley.
So far I’ve made 9 cards and used one sticker, one star and almost 3 sheets of the DSP so you can see how much I’m going to get out of this!

Today is an exciting day – the new holiday catalog is live. If you’ve ordered from me in the past year, you should already have yours – if not let me know and I’ll send another. Additionally, if you’re not currently working with a demo and would like me to send you a catalog (US only), let me know and I’ll put one in the post. Too impatient to wait? You can download the pdf here – just click on the picture. It’s also downloadable from the sidebar.
I’m so excited about this catalog – and the possibility of going to centre stage – that I have a LOT of special offers for you.
As I announced yesterday, for every $40 in product in your order (so, without tax and shipping), I’ll share a coupon code to give you $5 off until I run out of codes.
If your order is $50, you get to pick a free retired stamp set as well as the $5 coupon.
If you push it to $60, not only will I apply a coupon to your order, I’ll add the designer series paper of your choice (apart from Share What You Love) as well as a free retired stamp set.
If you spend $100, I’ll apply 2 coupons, add the $20 product of your choice to your order and you choose either a retired bundle or 2 retired stamp sets.
Best deal is to spend $150. You’ll get $15 in stampin’ rewards, 3 $5 coupon codes (assuming I have that many left), a $20 product added to your order AND a retired bundle AND a retired stamp set.
I’m serious about getting to centre stage! I hope you can help me.

Flurry of wishes is on the retiring list but is still available until May 25th. The matching punch, Snow Flurry, was retired last year but it’s currently available on the clearance rack at a discounted price – $10.80 for a punch is a steal.
Here I used the snowflakes with white craft ink to make a background and one of the sentiments. That one has been used a lot. The deer is from Merry Mistletoe which is also retiring.
Here’s a card showing one of the other great sentiments – as well as the detail of the snowflakes, heat embossed in silver.
Do you remember where you were when you make some of your cards? I remember making this last card at a crop. Mostly because I struggled so hard to use the embellishment. I’d started off the card with the goal of using this embellishment and caused much hilarity as my friends watched my indecision!
I hope you enjoyed today’s cards from the past.

Here’s my final Christmas card for the year using Festive Phrases to wish you a very merry Christmas. I coloured the lights with real red and garden green Stampin’ Write markers and then added a little sparkle with wink of Stella. With a border of real red cut out with the layering squares framelits dies and put on a card dry embossed with the Softly Falling TIEF, you get a classy card nice and quickly – although I’ve had this ready and photographed for about 10 days!
If you celebrate Christmas, I hope you have a wonderful day. And if you don’t, I hope you have a wonderful day too!
I hope you enjoyed today’s project.
