Nature’s Prints

This week I’m using the Sun Prints collection; today it’s the Nature’s Prints stamp set.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Nature's Prints

First I used a number of stamps and stamped on a piece of Starry Sky in versamark. Then I sprinkled on white embossing powder and heated it. This was then matted with white before being added to a Starry Sky card base.

For the sentiment, I stamped in more Starry Sky onto white and die cut it using the Layering Circles Framelits dies. I also cut out the matching scalloped circle in Starry Sky and glued them together.

I frayed the ends of a piece of white frayed ribbon and added it to the card with the sentiment added with dimensionals on top. Finally I added some Opal Rounds.

I’ll be making this card and two others using the Sun Prints collection on my Facebook Live at 11am eastern today. Please join me and if you share the live, I’ll add you to my weekly raffle. I also upload the video to YouTube if you prefer that medium.

Nature’s Prints bundle

This week I’m using the Sun Prints collection; today it’s the Nature’s Prints bundle.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Nature's Prints bundle - Nature's Prints - Natural Prints dies

First I used Poppy Parade and Evening Evergreen to add color to the stamp. After huffing on it to moisten it was stamped on white. It was then cut out using the Natural Prints dies.

Following that, I did this twice more directly to the white card base using the one I’d die cut as a positioning guide. The die cut was then added using dimensionals. Opal Rounds were added to the centre of the flowers.

Finally, the sentiment was stamped in Poppy Parade and die cut using the matching dies. This particular die is going to be a really useful one I think. The die card was added directly to the card.

I’ll be making this card and two others using the Sun Prints collection on Sunday at my Facebook Live at 11am eastern. Please join me and if you share the live, I’ll add you to my weekly raffle. I also upload it to YouTube if you prefer that medium.

Sun Prints DSP

This week I’m using the Sun Prints collection, starting with the Sun Prints DSP.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Sun Prints DSP

As you can see, this is a very simple card. I cut out an interesting piece of the DSP and matted it in white. This was then added to a Night of Navy card base. And, in my opinion, it doesn’t need anything else.

I’ll be making this card and two others using the Sun Prints collection on Sunday at my Facebook Live at 11am eastern. Please join me and if you share the live, I’ll add you to my weekly raffle. I also upload it to YouTube if you prefer that medium.

Silver & Gold Specialty Paper

This week I’m using the Saleabration $50 freebie of the Silver & Gold Specialty Paper. Here I’m showing the versatility of the paper. Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Silver & Gold Specialty Paper - Nature's Prints - Natural Print dies

I cut a 4 1/2 by 3 1/4 inch piece of the silver spotted DSP and matted it in silver foil. It was then added to an Evening Evergreen card base.

The sentiment is from Nature’s Prints and was heat embossed in silver. It was then cut out using the Natural Print dies and attached to the card with dimensionals.

I made this card along with 2 others on my Facebook Live this morning. I also uploaded it to YouTube.

Silver & Gold Specialty Paper

This week I’m using the Saleabration $50 freebie of the Silver & Gold Specialty Paper. So I’ve made a start on my Christmas cards.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Silver & Gold Specialty Paper - Joyful Flurry

I took a 3 3/4 by 5 inch piece of Night of Navy and heat embossed the sentiment from Joyful Flurry in silver. This piece was matted with silver foil and then put onto a Night of Navy card base.

Next I used the Frosted Flurry dies to cut out some snowflakes from the Silver & Gold Specialty Paper and added them to the card. Finally I added some basic silver rhinestones.

I’ll be making this card along with 2 others on my Facebook Live on Sunday. I’ll also be uploading it to YouTube.
