Eden’s Garden

This week I’m using the Eden’s Garden set. And I liked Soft Succulent with Fresh Freesia so much that I did it again.

The image was inked up with Soft Succulent and then some Fresh Freesia was daubed on. Then it was stamped onto a white layer. The sentiment, from Eden’s Garden, was stamped in Fresh Freesia directly onto the layer. Subsequently it was added to a Fresh Freesia card base.

Finally some Pastel Pearls were added although I’ve just realised that I could’ve used the opaque adhesive-backed gems. It’s nice to have choices!

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am eastern. When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.

The sentiment was stamped in Soft Succulent and cut out using the Ginkgo Branch dies. It was then added to the card using dimensionals.

Finally a few basic rhinestone jewels were added to the card.

The two images were stamped up the right hand side of the white layer using Soft Succulent and Starry Sky. This was then added to a Starry Sky card base.

The sentiment was stamped with Starry Sky and cut out using the Ginkgo Branch dies. It was then added to the card using dimensionals.

Finally a few basic rhinestone jewels were colored using the dark Starry Sky blend and added to the card.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am eastern. When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.

Ginkgo Branch

This week I’m using the Ginkgo Branch bundle and today’s card is showing the gorgeous die which also embosses. It’s brilliant.

I used Orchid Oasis for the die cut which I then added to a white layer using liquid glue. This was then added to an Orchid Oasis card base. The sentiment is from the Ginkgo Branch stamp set and is stamped in Orchid Oasis. It was then cut out using the Ginkgo Branch dies and added to the cards with dimensionals.

Finally a few basic rhinestone jewels were added

Dainty Flowers DSP

Here’s my nineth card using the Dainty Flowers DSP, a pack of paper you can get for free from the Saleabration brochure with a $50 product order until the end of the month.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Dainty Flowers DSP - Dainty Delight

I decided to use one of the two patterns that are completely different – they are watercolors with splatters, not a flower in sight. The Dainty Flowers DSP was cut into six pieces of 5 1/4 by 4 so that I could have my choice – I’d already determined that I wanted to use Starry Sky as the card base. It’s such a fabulous colour.

By testing on the scrap left over, I found that when stamping directly onto the DSP, it was best to keep away from the splatters to improve legibility. So after stamping the greeting in Starry Sky onto the DSP, I added it to the card base. It didn’t seem to need embellishments since it had all the splatters.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this set at my Facebook Live later on today at 11am eastern. When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.
