Lets Celebrate Embossing Folder

This week I’m focusing on the Let’s Celebrate embossing folders. There are two folders that fit into the mini machine.

I used the embossing folder on some Pacific Point to make a birthday card. I trimmed it to fit the white card base and added it. I also added a few embellishments from the Glossy Dots Assortment. And it was that easy!

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this paper at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am. You can watch live, see the replay or check it out on YouTube.

Don’t forget that the Last Chance Sale is now on with savings of up to 60%. This is covering both the annual catalog and the January to June mini. Just click on the Shop Now button below to check it out.

When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.

Enjoy the Journey DSP

This week I’m focusing on the Enjoy the Journey DSP and here’s the third card.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - Enjoy the Journey DSP

The Enjoy the Journey DSP was cut to 5 by 3 3/4 inches. This meant that the moon was pretty much in the middle of the card so when I made it in my live I changed it a little. Before cutting the DSP I cut off about half an inch first to move the moon a little to the right. I liked this better.

It was then matted with a piece of Coastal Cabana and then added to a Evening Evergreen card base. Actually there is no Evening Evergreen in the DSP but a Garden Green card base didn’t quite work. I stamped the sentiment from Happiness Abounds in white craft ink and then sprinkled on white embossing powder. After heating it I added a trio of basic rhinestones.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this paper at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am. You can watch live, see the replay or check it out on YouTube.

Enjoy the Journey DSP

This week I’m focusing on the Enjoy the Journey DSP, another product I found in my unused stack. I can’t imagine how that happened, this is lovely paper.

The Enjoy the Journey DSP was cut to 5 1/2 by 2 1/4 inches and then matted in silver foil. This was then added to a Night of Navy card base.

For the sentiment, I heat embossed one from Peaceful Moments in silver and die cut it using the Layering Circles Framelits dies. I also cut out a silver foil scallop from that same die set and used it for a mat. This was then added to the card using dimensionals and finally a few silver rhinestones.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this paper at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am. You can watch live, see the replay or check it out on YouTube.

The Enjoy the Journey DSP was cut to 5 1/4 by 4 inches and then added to a white card base. I tried out a few sentiments but it detracted from the paper’s beauty so in the end, as you can see, I left it blank.

I will be making this card, along with 2 others using this paper at my Facebook Live on Sunday at 11am. You can watch live, see the replay or check it out on YouTube.

A Fish and a Wish

This week I’m focusing on the stamp set A Fish and a Wish. It’s a really fun bundle – for this card I’m also using the Fish Builder punch.

Liz Bailey Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - My Elegant Cards - A Fish and a Wish - Fish Builder punch

The coral/fern, from A Fish and a Wish, was stamped in Daffodil Delight with some Mango Melody daubed on.  The little fish were stamped in Gorgeous Grape and then an extra one was stamped and cut out with the Fish Builder punch. This layer was added to a Gorgeous Grape card base. Next the extra fish was added to the card with dimensionals.

Next clear Wink of Stella was added to all the fish and a few rhinestone jewels for bubbles. Finally the sentiment, from A Fish and a Wish, was stamped in Gorgeous Grape onto a piece of white. This was added to the card with dimensionals.

I made this card, along with 2 others using this set at my Facebook Live this morning. You can watch  the replay or check it out on YouTube.

When you place a $25 order with me, I’ll send you the cut cardstock for free. Also if you share my live, I’ll put you in the raffle for a free embellishment plus a card.
