Endless Birthday Wishes

Last week I shared a card that I made for a Spring challenge. I really enjoyed playing with a window in the front of the card, so I did it again. This time I’m using the Endless Birthday Wishes stamp set, so called because there are masses of mostly single words which can be put together to form many many sentiments.

I used the circle framelits to cut out a window in the very vanilla and then cut two small frames out of pear pizzazz using same size framelit – once with the next larger and once with the next smaller. I then stamped the image in pear pizzazz through the window in the card although it would have been better to have stamped it after I’d attached the frame (but that wasn’t planned initially).

I put little dots of the multipurpose glue around the larger frame and glued that to the outside of the card. Then I did the same with the smaller frame and, with the card closed, glued the smaller frame to the inside of the card through the window. Here’s a view of the card open.

After that I stamped the greeting in pear pizzazz. As on the previous card, the frame on the inside not only adds to the design, but gives a very clear indication of where you shouldn’t write! And here’s the inside:

The envelope is lined using the envelope liner framelits and the Backgrounds DSP in pear pizzazz.

See you tomorrow,
